I requested a sample product for a charge of £4.00.
I was sent a bottle of collagen face serum with an invoice for £4.00, but my bank account was charged £75.71. Another bottle arrive again with an invoice of £4.00. Before I noticed another payment went out of my account for a further £75.71. I have contacted my bank and they will be trying to refund my money, but regret that although they will try, it doesn't look very hopeful.
