I thought I was ordering phentermine but it turned out to be a supplement. I thought I would try it anyway. It said to take half a pill before breakfast and another half before lunch if you could tolerate it. So I took half before breakfast and it did nothing for me so I took another half a few hours later and I was starving and I had no energy. It claims it's suppose to suppress appetite and give you energy. Well it did neither of those So I'm pretty sure I'm not losing weight.
