On Friday, January 10, 2014 I purchased an ad with Unioncenterinfo.org by telephone. On Tuesday, January 14, 2014 tried to cancel by email because I reviewed the site and realized it would not generate business for me. Imagewrite Corp has refused to refund my money, citing a 36 hour cancellation policy. However that 36 hours was on the weekend, and additionally it was clear that the ad would not even go up until I submitted material to them that I wanted on it. Their site says it can take up to 30 days to post the ad.
I have tried by phone and email and they refuse to refund, and have not honored my request to remove my ad from their site. The ad on the site was put up by their staff AFTER I asked to cancel.
