Charged but didn't receive merchandise. I have now cancelled it. I have been trying to speak to someone for almost 2 weeks but they said because of inclimate weather they had long wait times. I stayed on the line for 45 mins without anyone answering. I finally used the cancel option but by then they had already charged me again.
