Went online and filled out the order form on orderactivelite.com and noticed that the website said you had to pay a shipping fee and I became skeptical and closed the window.
30 - 45 mins later I received a call from Pure Garcina Cambogia by Activelight Weight Management telling me they notice I filled out the application and didn't go through. I explained that I was not comfortable paying online and was not interested in paying for the item.
The person on the phone convinced me to pay $2 for shipping to get the item risk-free and I had 14 days from the date of receiving the item to cancel.
I called (spoke to Laila) and cancelled within the 14 day period (received Jan 23 - Shipped out Feb 5th) and received an RMA number and added tracking to the package.
I was told I would receive a credit OF $89.41 within 48-72 hrs and it's now almost 2 weeks later and I have not received any money back.
I have called the bank and put a stop payment on the company, as I do believe they will try and charge me again.
