STAY WELL AWAY!! Don't touch this company-COMPLETE AND UTTER COWBOYS!! My kitchen was delivered at the end of May 2013-This is now Feb 2014!! I'm just off the phone to them AGAIN today after paying another £63 by bank transfer to order new doors last week as 3 of my doors spilt-was told guarantee was up and i paid just so i could get my kitchen finished!! They sent out 2 doors of the completely wrong size that i had requested,when i called to complain they had me on hold for over 30 mins, demanded more money before they sent more doors out,hung up on me 5 times,told me no manager was available to speak to. I've had nothing but problems since day one, wrong units supplied-no oven housing supplied,wrong fittings,wromg size units,some doors have since split in two and they take no responsibility- I refuse to pay any more cash to them as now i will have to replace all doors which is going to cost me YET AGAIN!! but i certainly will not be using them again and i advise anyone do not touch them they are cowboys!! I will be contacting trading standards and making a claim against these cowboys!!!!
