a person named David Turner call from 904-361-9898 and said that i had won 2.5 million dollars and first i had to get a $500 green dot money pack scratch card from a store he would find for me to get it from......I HUNG UP.
This is terrible especially if they are contacting people who really need the money and fall for it.
he needs to be caught and convicted and thrown in jail....
