Dig up the address, it leads to this company.
I called them and unfortunately what their client does they cannot help. This company I believe manages their customer service. You will have a hard time if you do not speak chinese, suggest you call only if you understand or have someone on your behalf.
I suggest calling them for all future issues or at least to tell them they are scammers. I got my (claim of)refund back by online live chat and explaining I will have a family member come to them in person in Hong Kong.
