I bought this:
Portable 4 Channel ARM DSO203 Nano V2 / Quad Mini Digital Oscilloscope in Aug/Sep 2012.
It had a software fault preventing my accessing the website containing the operating software. I sent it back within a week. "China Post" tracked the parcel OK in Sep 2012. Hossen say "No scope received in Oct 2012 but one received in Sep 2012 - not yours". After many e-mails back & forth with nothing resolved, Ebay blocked further e-mails from me to Hossen. The dispute continues with no result. (I have the name and address of the recipient. He rejects my letter of complaint - it was returned to me).
