I placed an order for a sample product($4.95)on 1/1/14 and
on 1/29/14 I was charged $89.99 on my VISA. I called to inquire what the charge was and was informed that because I did not cancel within 15 days of ordering the sample I am now charged the full price of the product. I spoke to several people. I could not hardly understand their language and I was told I would receive a refund as I do no want the product and did not order anything other than the sample. I have a return RMA # however I do not have an address to return the unused portion for refund. I keep getting emails from them and I respond that I have not been afforded an address to return the product. This has all the ear marks of a scam.
