I responded to a infomercial for an anti againg cream and serum for a 30 day sample of these products for $5.00 each, onl to find that they charged me $2.79 for one and $73.95 for the other. I called to have these products returned and a refund of my money only to be told that I only had 14 days to ask for a refund. I didn't even see my bank statement within 14 days. The rep refused to refund my money and said not to return the product. I asked to talk with a manager only to be told they don't take calls. He said that I approved the terms and I have requested proof that I approved those terms. Nothing received at this time.
