I ordered fibre optic broadband in September with this company. I was supposed to be on the full packadge 76fibre with free anytime calls for 39.50pm.. instead since September I habe been fed lies and been pure SCAMMED charging me 100 pounds a month.. dont beleive a word they say.. pure scams.. I am still waiting now in feb so am refusing to pay a sacm untill I get the service I asked for..
100 pounds a months for 0.50mbps
instead of 76mbps for 39.50
