On the 21/01/2014 I purchased,which I believed to be genuine Swarovski crystal for the amount of $269.98 USD from a Swarovski up to 80% website.
Pointsandnetwork emailed a confirmation that this amount had been deducted from my credit card.
After 2 weeks of not receiving my products I tried to contact Swarovski noting that this website had been closed down by the genuine Swarovski company for fraud.
I've have tried every day to contact pointsandnetwork to get my money back but my emails just return to me stating that their email is full.
All I would like is my money back please.
