The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
After 3 months- numerous e-mails. The Ahappydeal.com- Att-Wendy- finally admitted that they were wrong and conceded to send my phone to me. The same phone they accussed me of receiving and later proven lost. Then after a resolution reached-again sent the phone to the wrong address.
Constant lies- misdeeds- and unwillingness to give consumer what they payed for.
The amount of my claim is for the phones they alleged to have mailed-50 hours spent on e-mails-aggravation-running around to Post Offices-and stress etc.
I have also filed a Complaint with the Attorney General of California.
So people- wake up- this company is a scam.
I am called the Unhappy Patron-and Wendy misrepresents their company here in the USA-a warehouse in California.
