I was contacted about my computer problems. The person told me about the problems and he could clean them up. It cost me $199.00. I THOUGHT my troubles were taken care of but I was wrong about a month ago I was contacted saying the same thing.I feel I am due a refund because the problem was never taken care of. Ruthanna Pong
