My Son submitted a skateboard video to Brenguard in December 2013 with a friend and received a sponsorship notice with a 40 % discount if merchandise was purchased within 3 days. This was ordered Jan 3 2014 and it is now Feb 21 with no notice, shipment or replies to the status of our order. A very dissapointed 13 yr old who has been waiting by the mailbox since we were given the impression shipment is sent within 14 days ( priority shipping $16). Another email sent today with indication I will be taking this public if there is no response within 24 hours. The friend also has been waiting 7 weeks, he too received the same offer and sponsorship.
