My credit card was charged after I was sent a free sample as a thank you for filling out a survey for the medical software we have in out office. Sham on Office Ally (a medical publisher clearing house) for allowing them to advertise on there website. It appears that office ally is sending you a thank you for helping on there survey infact it's a scam to charge your account for gradual ant claims.
