I completed an online survey for fsnet which offered a 'free' gift at the end. There were only 2 choices left, one of which was Juvesiio skin care serum. I had to submit card details to pay for postage which was £1.99. I have since found that £87 was withdrawn by Juvesiio. I contacted them today and the explanation is that when I agreed to the terms and conditions, after entering my card details, I was actually agreeing to a larger size of product than the free sample as well as a monthly subscription!This was not clear at all as I believed I was agreeing and terms and conditions of the bank card. This is misleading and thank goodness I contacted the company who have agreed to cancel the monthly subscription. They have offered to refund £40 only. Grossly wrong as I would never have ordered the product in the first place. That's the end of online surveys for me too.
I would like to know if there is a way I can recoup the other £47.
