On 2/10/14 I placed an online order for a free starter kit (-$6.00 s&h), a wall and car charger(-$10.00) and 12 packs of nicotine cartridges. I received notification from my card company that the charge was recorded ($189.93) that same day. The items were to be sent by 2/15/14. I received a delivery notice from the post office and picked up a shipping envelope on 2/19/14. It contained only the chargers and the starter kit but the shipping notice stated that the 12 packs of cartridges were also sent. I called the support number and spoke with "Pedro" He said he was clearing the problem through the warehouse, I would receive an e-mail within a few hours and they would send the remainder of my order. I have yet to receive an e-mail or the rest of my order.
