I made a $1.99 promotional payment several days ago and I didn't download the book I wanted. It does not actually have files ready for download as it appears before you sign up. Then after 3 days I was charged $39.95 without any notice. This website is just a scam. My payment was done by epayment.cc, I contacted that company and they promised to get me the refund, but nothing happened. My epayment receipt is
