I order from this company on the 21/01/14, it seemed to be a legit website and after reading all the guarantees on the webpage i figured i had a deal, so i place my order, they gave me a tracking number and that was that, 2 weeks went by with no updates or product, so i contact the company, they tell me that the package is in transit and i needed to be patient, the tracking number they gave me was invalid, and there was no way for me to track the package, and when i called the first time they gave me the run around, anyway another 2 weeks go by, still no package, so i contact them again, i get the same response, i needed to be patient apparently, anyway i told then it's been a month, and i expressed my frustration with this time frame and the invalid tracking number, then they mysteriously gave me another tracking number, with the australian post, on their website it's advertised that all shipments are sent through DHL, alot of what they say on their website is false advertising,so i was surprised when they told me they sent it through australian post, anyway they told me it was in transit, to be patient, the same stuff etc, i check on the web site, and there is no tracking information for my package, another 2 weeks go by, and still no package, so i call back and they hang up on me, so i contact them via live chat, and explain to them that there is no tracking information, there's no package, and that they keep giving me the run around, once again they tell me to be patient and that international shipments take longer, so i responded by telling them, actually him "TONY" it's always the same guy that i'm sick of this it's been over a month same story, same stupidity, then he tells me, oh actually the shipment was just sent today 12 of feb and was in transit, and that there was a back order on products so it had to be sent on the 12th, so it took this guy a month to tell me it was sent on the 12th of feb when i ordered it on jan 21st!! so then i asked for the tracking number, HE GAVE ME THE SAME ONE!!!!!and told me it was in transit and to check the website and that i would have my package 4 days max, 4 days go by, still no package, no tracking information on the website, so i decide to call australian post, and investigate on my own, because this is not normal, australian post told me that there was never a package sent and they have no information about any package, but some how the tracking number is in the system, they all thought it was very weird, i don't know how this was done, but there was no package, so i go back and call, and i get hung up on again, so i go back to live chat and explain what happened, he insisted that it was in transit, i told him to call australian post and sort it out, then after some silence he said oh yeah my mistake, the package is still in australia and was never sent out, so i tell him i want my money back and a prompt refund, we go back and forth, and then tells me well i issues a request for your refund and send it to the accounting department, you should have your refund in a few days........a few days pass no refund, i contact him again and i ask him a few questions, i told him what happened to my refund , he claimed that he will get word on my refund from the accounting department tomorrow, so i ask what is the number for this accounting department and who's in charge, he gave me the run around and gave me this email address [email protected], this is another email for a different website, so i did a search and mobilerepeateraustralia.com is a site connected to 3 other scams, so it must be one in the same, this is a scam for sure, i left out alot of details because there's too much to write, but below is the last conversation chat log i had with amplify australia AKA "TONY :

Hello, once again, i hate to inconvenience you with my never ending burden, but i atlas don't have any choice in the matter, i still have not received my refund back from your company, nor have i received any updates, i have been more than patient, and understanding, but you have inconvenienced me, and have taken my money, and can't give me any answers , since the beginning i have been told story, every story doesn't match the other, this whole thing is a nightmare, and your lack of knowladge about anything really reflects on this company and it's business ethics, this is not how you do business, if anything you should be trying to accommodate me since i am the customer, not the other way around (which is exactly what's happening here) i want my money back, i don't care what department you have to contact in your company, just resolve it now please, it shouldn't take this long nor be this complicated, i've already spoken to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, and it's interesting what they had to say, i haven't disclosed any information about your company, however if you give me the run around like you have been for the past month and a half i will be forced to do so and in good conscience as well, i have good above and beyond to accommodate your bad business dealings and your lack of communication, now please where is my money

your accounting department doesn't have a phone number? i find it odd that any department wouldn't have a phone number or extension number..i don't know but it might be common practice in australia, what i'm trying to say is i really need to speak to somebody live and on the phone from that department since you're just a customer service person and your knowledge and capabilities are limited... i don't think that it's an unreasonable or outrageous request
every time i call, the call is dropped on your main number mysteriously
so i'm requesting another number

okay i know this is a scam, i'm actually positive of it, i was just talking to you as a last resort to see that maybe you had a conscience or something and you would refund my money, i've tried with you but you don't want to understand, you're the one at a real loss here , not me, but i know exactly what to do now, i think this operation will be shut down very soon, but i'm sure you'll just start a new website, but this time your IP is tracked, i will start my proceedings now, with the proper authorities, and commissions, and add all our conversations on scam alert and similar forums

Now you can be the judge and see for your self what kinds of frustrating conversations ive been having with this person, this is a scam and i've lost alot of money, and i'm going through the banks at the moment to try to recover what was stolen, but save your self the head ache, this is a scam.
