Like all the others I ordered their so called Free Trial, only pay for Shipping, $4.95 but then they charge your credit card $97.28 when I called about the charge and wanting to cancel all future orders, the women I spoke with said that I would have to pay $97.28 for the sample that I received, and that it was a 14 day trial. I explained to her that I just received this in the mail the other day and that I was within my 14 day trial. She still insisted that I owed $97.28 or I could return the product within 7 days with invoice # and all information needed. She asked me if I used the product and I said no, I guess she was surprised, that I didn't open it, because she said why not. That would have been the next reason, as to why I could not get a refund of $97.28 to my credit card.
Since I have not opened it, I am returning the product, so called free trial, but I have to pay the shipping charge back to them, so I'm out twice for shipping.02/19/14

I called the Credit Card Company to Dispute this charge and they told me that they can not dispute it, because Pathos has to do it, and that I would have to return the free trial product, I can not keep the Pathos skin care even though I paid the shipping $4.95 I was so angry at the credit card person that I had to hangup to phone. I never heard of anything so stupid.
Hope this helps others, this is a SCAM STAY AWAY FROM IT.
