I deposited 620 dollars into my account with Autobid to bid for a particular car and i ask for return of my fund after i did not win the car.
They told me they are going to send it to me through my bank. I contacted my bank and they said there is no refund that was submitted and that it usually takes only 2 business days to post since it was a debit card I used.
Please where and how can i go about this? The money belongs to my Customer and he have reported to police in my country.
