I have been "attempting" to cancel my membership with this useless company since beginning of January. I have received several emails back as replies and it has occurred to me that they are all automated in some form or another. However, automated or not they acknowleged my cancellation with them but still they took my next year's subscription from my bank.
Now, I'm finding it hard to get any answer from them to get this money returned.
They are nothing but con artists. A scam. Steer clear.
Is there a regulatory body to officially complain to?
