I have got to agree with the last post about just how cheap this company is. I bought an ex display kitchen from them. Don't quite know why it was ex display because it was still boxed so Perhaps that bits not quite the truth and perhaps something that I could complain about but to be honest it was all down to price and I got the lot for £695 and that included an oven,extractor,hob,sink,tap,worktops so I can hardly grumble just because it was boxed. Perhaps they sold the ex display to someone else so they had to deliver me a new one or perhaps there never was an ex display,don't really care as I'm happy with what I've got
