I received a letter saying I won 2,997,500.00 and I should send 20.00 dollars it is signed Ethan James of the Payments Pending Divison. There is no phone number or email address.The Payment agent is named as Saul Gilbert the envelope is stamped ABM Disburment Advisory a issue number 003-819122 and a Reference number of 50281264754 and I should send the money before the close of business on March 6 2014 Lord knows I pray that it was real so I researched the names and found this very disappointing site, it's shamful,and theft ,should we sue them.Wow
