I am submitting a complaint because I received a personal message in my Facebook inbox at 18:23 local Dutch time on 24 February 2014 from "Faisal Mohamad Almousa" who in my opinion is a scamming artists). His FB account was opened on 21 February 2014. This type of complaint has already appeared in your timeline and someone has already been scammed out of US 500. So I thought I had better report it to you as well.

And this is his message from a certain "Care California Foundation". This scammer changed Care and California around. I am an activist on FB and this is a predatory move on me to rope me into "attending a meeting" with free round trip air tickets thrown in! I was charmed and honoured initially but I smelled a rat. LOL. Please see my FB page for more details! This is his message in original form:

"Dear Karen

On behalf of Care California Foundation, It is a great privilege for us to invite you to global Congress meeting held on Human Right ,against Economic Crisis, Child Protection & HIV/AIDS Treatment, Prostitution, Sex Work ,forced Labor.

The meeting is scheduled to take place from April 2nd-4th 2014 in California the United States and in Dakar-Senegal from April 9th - 11th 2014, all interested delegates that requires entry visa to enter the United States to attend this meeting will be assisted by the organization, in obtaining the visa in their passport. Free air round trip tickets to attend this meeting will be provided to all participants.
