Saw an ad from Dr. Oz on facebook to order a free trial (pay for shipping only). After placing order and reading fine print that after the 14 day trial approx. $160 per mo nth would be charged, I immediately cancelled the order PRIOR to any processing or shipping. They confirmed via email my cancellation and then proceeded to ship the items anyway and charge for shipping! Now I cannot get through to them via email as their mail box is full! They have confirmed several times that it is cancelled, but I have to now figure out how to ship the item back to them.
