Was called and told they had several people interested in renting my week at the Villa Del Arco and they could get around $2000.00 for the week. They charged a 1 time fee of $699 to set up the account and do all future advertising, but since they already have several interested parties I would get that right back. Over a year later not 1 rental and every time you call they say we have sent the contract out to 3 people (always 3)and are just waiting to have 1 of them sign it. If they call you tell them to take you of their call list as fast as possible. I could have had the Villa del Arco resell the week and made $200 instead of losing $699 +.
