I got my order confirmation with the following information (see detail below) on I got a order confirmation on January 4, 2014, but I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I confirmed my shipping information is accurate. On February 9th, I sent an email and asked them to confirm when I should expect my order to be delivered. No answer.

My complaint with Paypal has been rejected since it's been more than 45 days. I hope I will have more success getting a refund with my credit card's bank.
