curling iron & did not even leave the post office with it...Rec'd credit for curling iron, 11/25/2013......Now I am being billed this $24.95 starting back in December 12, 2013. I called 3 times & so said they are checking into it. Today, February 27, 2014, Im told it is a legit charge for warranty I agreed on for the perfecter when I bought it...I did get the warranty, but after I cancelled, no one said I'd need to call someone else about cancelling warranty!!!!!
Absolutely furious!!!!
