I received a phone call from a guy named Nick Flemming said he was from Financial Crime Investigation in Austin TX and he was given my case to proceed with charges and he had a case number and said it was from American cash advance which I have never taking a loan from. He had a lot of my information and said that we can take care of this now or he was going to call the police in my county to arrest me. I told him I have never had a taken any loans and he still proceeded to say that if I don't take care of this I will go to jail;I kept telling him. That I don't have a loan and I told him can I call u back in a few I need to call someone and will call him back and he again threaten me and said he is going to call the sheriff of my county. And will be knocking on my door and hung up on me.spoke to my sister and she discovered he is a scam artist
