Signed up, but had to offer credit card details against FUTURE use to complet. Web site was AU version. They said card would not be charged until I chose to purchase bids. At the end of signup I was taken to a page that had 3 Bid Packages offered - $350 was pre selected - I declined by leaving the page - I did not authorise a purchase - there was no other way to decline except close the page. A few days later a charge of $350 was on my credit card PLUS $10.50 Overseas transaction charge even though I purchased in Australia. There support page says all emails answered in 12 hours - I have several time NEVER a reply
