Due to a severe spinal injury 5 yrs ago i could no longer work and had to live on social security disability. i lost everything my job my house and my credit, we could no longer afford our house payments so we moved out and ended up bank rupted chap, 7 bk. my problem with B of A is they still have not forclosed on the house yet ! its been 5 yrs its been vacant all this time. i think they lost the deed, they were fined millions by our gov, for their part in some scam they and country wide home loans were doing on wall st. selling bundled loans to investers knowing they were no good, why else would it take so many yrs and still not forclose. meantime its still in our names and we cant get clear of it until they take it back. the B K chap 7 only cleared the debt not the title ? im sure theirs hundreds of cases like ours out their, also i cant buy another house until im clear of the other one. what a crook bank they are.
