I completed an offer by tapjoy for 3718 gems on castle clash. I did not recieve my gems so I contacted tapjoy. They told me to send proof. I sent all proof needed and still have not had a reply 2 weeks later. I have even called all slots and they sent a confirmation email of my account details. Tapjoy is being very dodgey and their actions unacceptable. Ignoring my emails is unprofessional and and I hope this is not some part of a massive scam or something. A bit worried.
