Hi. I purchased a Iphone5s from this company and they ask me to pay 360SGD including the delivery and i did . they said that my delivery will arrive on the next day morning. i waited in the morning and no one came. then i messaged her she said that i need to pay another 200 to get my package that day. she said that the 200 was for Tax and before i purchased the phone she said that the phone does not come with tax and VAT and thats why it was cheap. So i refused to pay the 200 and demanded for a refund. she said that she will give the refund in 90 days. 90 days?? isnt that unacceptable. so i said i needed a refund by the end of the week otherwise i will have to do a police report. It is the end of the week alr and there is no reply from that woman. So i think it is time to do a report.
Even though the money might be little and may not be as much as what others have lost it was my savings to get a new gadget and i am still a student. i dont earn that much.
