I met Bill on Chemistry.com - he was moving to my city in 2 weeks. We corresponded by email, phone and IM and I did verify his IPs were in the Los Angeles area. Bill booked his flight and hotel and had one last meeting before catching his flight. He called me from the meeting, the customer wanted him to go to Nigeria to train their team on this product her had designed. It would only be for 2 days and he would make $1 million dollars. Over a 4 month period I sent Bill $11000. I realize now I fell into a classic scam - however this was after the fact unfortunately. Bill is from Ireland, has lived in Canada and the UK, is an only child, parents deceased and fiance left him 1 month before the wedding for his best friend. His dog Scary died while in Nigeria. Bill's cell phone in LA continues to rings nad go to voicemail, however he apparently has not been there since June 2013. His phone in Nigeria rings and does not answer - both phones are powered and active. Bill claims that the "superior" is helping him and keeping him out of jail, his fine is $17000 - he told me it was $7000 and was sorry he misunderstood them. His phone number in Nigeria is 2348178653131. I have no doubt that he is running this scam on multiple women
