Two products were shipped to my mother that were never ordered. They shipped from a distributor in the U.K. with only limited, if not bogus information on the envelope and "Delivery Note." I am just starting to help her resolve the issue, and do not know the exact monetary damages at this point. I will be filing complaints with multiple agencies and organizations that Pacific Naturals is subject to and affiliated with.
