I order a sample paid 4.95 shipping and handeling for sample. No Where during the purchase it mentioned that I would be charged if I did not return the product... I called and cancelled the products and they are still attempting to charge my credit card... I called to get a Return number so that I may return the product but the number they listed is to a foreign place where the do not english ... I want to return the products and but I can't contact them to get a return number to mail back products...

- Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I spoke to AuraVie again this morning & they wouldn't give me an address to return the trial product for refund. They also told me they wouldn't refund the money anyway if the shipping container did not have the original seal. So I guess if you open the package, you're screwed. I've seen several different phone numbers & company names that they charge the accounts with. Mine, on my bank statement, says it was a company called NewSkin in CA & the phone # is 866-673-3254. On the NewSkin website it shows other products that don't say AuraVie but when I called the number from the charge on my bank statement the recording said AuraVie. Who frickin knows how many numbers & fake names these scammers use!
