I was charged $14.95 in February and also the same amount in August of 2013 through my pay pal account. I missed the August showing of the payment. I had an issue with this company last spring as I had disliked their software, cancelled and they charged me after. They agreed they made a mistake and refunded my money promising they had cancelled my subscription. I do not have their softeware and they are still charging me.
