I bought 2 Iphone 5s and one free Tphone 5(buy 2 get one free promotion) online from dbelectronics.ltd. Salesperson whose email address is [email protected], told me they ran out of stocks and would ship out from Malaysia instead. However, on the day that the shipment is to arrive, he informed me that instead of 3 phones, total of 11 phones we being shiped due to miscommuniction with their malaysian headoffice. The salesperson asked me for a refundable deposit of 1k in order to proceed with the delivery if not they will not deliver the shipping. Delivery has invoice and tracking no. under Emmex logistics Service. After I refused to transfer the 1k deposit, he offered to send me his ic and license copied, handphone number. The whole scene feels like a scam so after second thoughts, decided to ask for refund instead. Till date no refund done.
