This company totally misled me into ordering a 'free' sample of face cream. I did not realise I had signed up to a home delivery programme. They charged me £89 (!*)for a small pot of cream, when I rang to complain there was no apology, just that I had signed up to it, and a further delivery was on its way. They have deducted a further £95.95 from my account and I haven't even received this product. They have agreed to refund only £69.00, the rest being a 'restocking fee' and P&P. I am horrified. No paperwork was sent with the initial delivery to say this was actually sent on a trial period. Beware!
