signed up for 'trial' of both products from pop up ad, never agreed to further purchases, received further products and when called them said they charged $99 for each! when i said i wanted to return them for full refund they said there would be a "restocking" fee and would not refund entire amount. this has all the signs of a scam, the telephone person (a certain steve martin) gave me different scenarios i.e. they did not do 'paperwork', sounded defensive when i asked to speak with a supervisor, and i was not given one. the packages came with no bill. i want a full refund, can you help? thank you.
