I went on a website to find a certain breed of dog I was interested in buying. I found an add with the email address of [email protected]. We mailed back and forth for a few days about the arrangements to get the puppy. She sent me pictures of the litter of dogs and told me that I would have to have the dog delivered to me. She supposedly "registered" the dog on the morning of halloween 2011 with Propettransports. They Emailed me immediately with instructions on how to mail my payment to them via Western Union. However, they were supposed to be in Kentucky and they wanted me to send my money to Victoria, Cameroon. When I asked for a number he gave me a 15 digit number after about 10 minutes of asking him. He was vague in his information and kept telling me "everything will be okay, don't worry." After this obviously fraudulent exchange I decided not to give them any of my money. And later read another story of this same incident with the same people.
