looking at my online banking today i found that money had left my account to loanzoo.co.uk. i have never heard of this company or used them so i am completely confused as to why they have charged me for something i have no knowledge of.i am really annoyed that this company feel it is okay to just take money from people's banks without consent or any commuinication whatsooever, it's disgusting.
