AlwaysOnVacation.com hired me in May, 2013. I was informed 2 weeks prior to starting the job that they had to delay my employment and gave me a reason that didn't even make sense. 2 weeks later, I was informed by Amanda Petros from their "HR" department that they were retracting their offer....VIA EMAIL. I received no explanation and no phone call from Jeff Idso or Amanda Petros. This was done AFTER they knew I quit my previous position. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and NO ETHICS - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I found out later from Travel Industry executives that this was a lame operation with a terrible reputation and that they relied on high pressure sales to generate revenue. Further, I found out that I was not the only person that this happened to. It happened to 30+ people! Why would you hire that many people, have them quit their jobs and then terminate their employment prior to them even starting? AlwaysOnVacation.com is a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! Stay away from Jeff Idso (look up the reviews of this "company") and Amanda Petros. They are liars and disgusting human beings. I also know that an executive from the company quit over this entire debacle so as to not be tied to this "company" any longer and save their reputation. Good for that person!
