I ordered a free sample of this cream which I thought that was the end on getting my bank statement there had been two payments taken out £one for£85 on22jan and another of £95on 7feb I did get another jar but have now cancelled I have tried to get an authorisation no to send second one back no response they say they have credited my bank with £30 ?ihad no invoice or any thing to say how much this was I am a pensioner of 78 and can really not afford this thank you
