SWAdvantage uses a very interesting tactic of placing notes on the sales receipt to indicate that you have a short term "Free" subscription to their website service after buying school books for children. If you pay for the books with a check, they now have your bank account information to automatically charge your account $19.95 EVERY Month until you cancel. No indication of this "service" was provided at the time of purchase, only a note on the receipt. Now comes the interesting part... Calling their customer service number 888-551-5901 during published office hours resulted in a message that the office is closed. Calling my bank resulted in a $35 stop payment fee that will only last 6 Months. Fortunately additional research on-line resulted in a different office number that someone actually answered the phone 615-391-2500. After the call was transferred to 3 other people, I eventually spoke to a customer service representative that canceled the account based on a name and ZIP code for the original book purchase.

I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.
