Was mislead for a free 30 day trial of both the RVTL and Equinox. No where in the fine print did the advertisement or terms and conditions mention a 14 day satisfaction, refund or charging my credit card further. On January 15, I pad $5.00 for the Anti Aging, and $4.01 for the Equinox. On February 5, my account was charged $93, and on February 6, another $99. These charges went unnoticed until I checked my account on February 22, and noticed additional charges in the amount of $100.95 on February 20, and $107.01 on February 21. When I contacted the company, they agreed to remove the latter two charges, but refused in every shape, form or fashion to entertain removing the February 5 and 6 charges. I ended up canceling my credit card and having my banking institution try to recoup these funds for me. Oh by the way, the rude individuals working for this company, routed me to the website to read the fine print. The website I visited to order the cream, that doesn't work is no longer available. Also, each time they charged my account it was done so by a new name; Reviutalant Aging, Equinox, Clean Skin, Wrinkle Free, Anti Aging and Age Care. This company is certainly a scam organization, and I wish I would have seen these complaints prior to ordering. From someone who prides themself in always reading the fine print, there simply was no fine print to read on the website I initially ordered from. Which is probably why it is no longer available.
