i ordered 2 items from Deal-a-thon and when they still hadn't arrived over a month later I called the 1800 number and they said that the items were no longer available. I told them that I would have liked to have been informed because the system did charge my card. So I got credits (they would only give me credit, no refund) and so ordered 2 new items with my credit. Now it is 4 months later. I still don't have items and they won't answer the phone. Goes to voicemail after you hold for 10 minutes.
